Any student currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, graduate, or professional program in the United States is eligible to apply, including students from accredited community colleges, high school seniors, and GED holders accepted to or enrolled in an accredited program. Applicants must be in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
The admission process includes a 750-word essay that answers questions related to how the student embodies qualities of resilience, leadership, and a commitment to improving the lives of others. Candidates are encouraged to write about situations that demonstrate their passion for advocating for those facing adversity, as well as their commitment to community service.
