Dr. Miles is an otolaryngologist with Northwell Health – Lenox Hill Hospital, a leading institution where he serves as the Chair of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He completed an internship and residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, followed by a residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center/Parkland Memorial Hospital. He subsequently completed a fellowship in Head and Neck Oncology and Microvascular Surgery at Toronto General Hospital. Dr. Miles is a dual board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

In addition to his clinical roles, Dr. Miles is a Professor at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. He is a prolific researcher who has published over 200 articles in peer-reviewed literature and serves on the council of the International Association of Oral Oncology. He also serves on the American Head and Neck Society’s Reconstructive Head and Neck Research Board.
