A Leader in Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine
Dr. Wahab earned her medical degree in 2000 from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Pembroke Pines, Florida, and completed her internship and residency at Ascension Providence Hospital, Southfield Campus. A fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association, she has practiced wound care and hyperbaric medicine for more than ten years throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
She currently serves as Medical Director of Mountain View Wound Care & Hyperbaric Center, Medical Director of Inpatient Wound Care for Dignity Health hospitals and sees patients at WCE Specialty in Las Vegas. Dr. Wahab also serves as Associate Professor at Roseman University Health Science Center and is a lead clinical researcher and developer for international biotech companies. She develops continuing education wound care programs for physicians and allied health professionals. She owns and operates Wahab Consulting and Research, which conducts research for new and innovating wound healing technologies.
Her professional memberships include the American Professional Wound Care Association, Wound Healing Society, the European Wound Management Association, and the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society.
Dr. Wahab utilizes a research-oriented, multidisciplinary approach to foster a personalized environment for her patients, consistently integrating new, proven research and technological advancements into her patient-centered wound therapy programs.
