Kat Boswell to Oversee AAM’s Tucson Office Operations

Joining the AAM Tucson Team in 2015, Kat Boswell has held a variety of leadership positions including both Community Manager and Area Manager before being promoted to Regional Director of Tucson Operations in March 2020.
In her new role, Boswell is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of AAM’s Tucson Regional Office, including a portfolio of 28 communities and a team of dedicated management professionals.
Boswell brings to AAM over 15 years of property management experience including government housing, student housing, apartment complexes and single-family homes, as well as over 20 years of customer service expertise. With this vast experience, Boswell is well-versed in the community management industry and provides valuable direction and guidance to her team.
