Findings presented at the 2025 Diabetic Limb Salvage Conference in Washington, D.C.

Gibson, PhD, at the 2025 Diabetic Limb Salvage (DLS) Conference, which took place April 10-12 in Washington, D.C. Dr. Gibson specializes in research on tissue fate determination, focusing on inflammation and bacterial biofilms. The study, titled A Mechanism of Action of an Inflammatory Cytokine Inhibiting Solution, demonstrates that the Benova Mouth Rinse System reduces levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNFα)—a key inflammatory marker—by 17% within just 2 minutes of application.
